Join us for worship at 7:00pm Ash Wednesday 2/17, for our first Taize prayer Service of the year. These powerful services offer a time of prayer and reflection along with communion and the singing of the beautiful chants created in the Taize community in France. We’ll begin the evening with a simple soup, sandwich & salad supper from 5:30 -6:15pm. All are welcome for both the meal and the service.

November 22 is Christ the King Sunday

Wear something red for Christ the King Sunday!

This Sunday November 1, 2009 we will celebrate All Saints Day with a powerful worship experience that invites us to "rekindle the gift of God that is within" as we remember the saints in our congregation and our lives who have testified to God's love and grace by putting their faith into action. We will celebrate communion and light candles of remembrance as we ponder God's call through the words of 2 Timothy 2:1-9a.

Come and see if God is calling you to love!

Remember that daylight savings time ends at 2am November 1st, so set your clocks back so you arrive on time for worship.

Blue Christmas Worship Decemver 6th  - 4pm

Soup Sandwish & Salad Supper 5:15pm

One of the most powerful things about Christmas is its focus on the gift of Divine Love that was given to each of us. But often as the holidays draw near we are faced with an unexpected sense of pain from loses wehave suffered -loss of loved ones, loss of financial security, loss of health, loss of a job, loss of relationships, loss of any kind. Any loss involves feelings of grief.  So it is that for many people Christmas is a very difficult time of the year. This feelings of loss seemeven more pronounced in this season of joy. That's why the Stephen Ministers of our congregation host an annual Blue Christmas Worship experience.

2009 Consecrating Stewards Program Begins October 11th

Each of us have been entrusted by God with unique blessings and talents to be used to further God’s call of love and service within our church, our community, and our world.  God is calling us to recognize and use those talents and blessings.  Recognizing our still speaking God, the Stewards LIGHT Team has chosen Called!  as this year’s theme for the Consecrating Stewards program.
