God, we thank you that you are in the process of bringing to us the right person to lead our youth ministry program into the next most wonderful version of what it can be. As we participate with you in the process of meeting this person, open our hearts minds and spirits to trust your guidance and follow your lead. We thank you that you continually surprise us with wonders far greater than all we could ever imagine or hope for in our wildest dreams! We know that when the time is right and we are ready the right person will come. Help us be ready!
