Lloyd Yahn Jr., age 89, passed away peacefully in his home with family by his side on June 13th, 2018. Lloyd was born May 9th, 1929, in Chicago to the late Llyod and Louise (nee Oblak) Yahn Sr. He retired at age 71 as a baker and was proud to be the assistant fire chief for 32 years in Richton Park, IL.
Loving father to David and his wife Thale and to Pamela Kraay and her husband Michael. Devoted grandfather of three granddaughters: Christine, Jacqueline, and Sara and to their husbands Brian and Ryan. Loving great-grandfather to Nathan, Nolan, and Brielle.
He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Yahn in 2007 and his parents.
Memorial Service is being held Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00am at Plainfield Congregational Church, UCC in Plainfield, IL.
